MSI Hub Terms of Use

MSI Hub is a private Maximum Services, Inc. business application. Use is limited to personnel expressly authorized by MSI and only for legitimate company business.
Accounting and QuickBooks controls
MSI Hub may provide read-only accounting tools and specifically enabled controlled-posting workflows. A transaction may be created or staged only when the applicable workflow permits it and required source-document, duplicate, coding, authorization, and human-review controls are satisfied. Hub automation does not replace required accounting review.
Security and confidentiality
Users must protect their accounts and keep payroll, employee, customer, vendor, job, contract, asset, document, and accounting information confidential. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, phishing, lost devices, or other security concerns.
Accuracy and approvals
Users remain responsible for reviewing source documents, employee information, job and cost coding, amounts, dates, approvals, and other material information before approving or relying on Hub output. AI-assisted extraction and recommendations are review tools and may require correction.
Access and changes
MSI may change workflows, permissions, integrations, or these terms and may suspend or revoke access when necessary for operations, security, compliance, or employment administration.
