MSI Hub Privacy Policy

Maximum Services, Inc. operates MSI Hub as a private business application for authorized personnel. The Hub supports approved accounting, payroll, HR, field-document, billing, fleet, and operational workflows.
Information and use
The Hub may process company, employee, customer, vendor, job, asset, contract, document, transaction, and related operational information needed for authorized MSI workflows. When QuickBooks Online is connected, the Hub may read accounting data and, only in specifically enabled workflows, create or stage transactions after required review and approval controls are satisfied.
Documents and integrations
Authorized workflows may process documents submitted by users or received through approved business systems and may connect to services used by MSI, such as authentication, hosting, document storage, accounting, and operational platforms. Access is limited by the permissions and controls configured for each workflow. MSI expects service providers handling Hub information to protect that information consistent with their agreements, applicable law, and the security requirements of the services they provide.
Storage and sharing
MSI does not sell QuickBooks or MSI Hub business data. Authentication and integration credentials are stored using server-side security controls. Information is shared only as needed to operate authorized MSI workflows, comply with law, protect the company, or use service providers supporting the application.
Retention, access and deletion requests
Records are retained as needed for business, employment, accounting, contractual, legal, audit, and security purposes. Authorized MSI administrators may revoke user access, disconnect integrations, correct application records, and administer retained records consistent with MSI requirements. An authorized user may contact MSI using the address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with the user. MSI will evaluate the request and may retain records that must be preserved for employment, payroll, accounting, contractual, safety, legal, audit, security, or other legitimate business requirements.
